I can't stand how they ask for tips at the drive-thru!!! The drinks are fabulous but expensive!

Coffee was good.

Way too much ICE .. Disappointed

They always do a great job here

So this location has a barraista/coffee concierge, Marygrace great lady explained the coffee order I wanted and the correct name. Thanks if everyone was as kind as this woman we'd buy more coffee..

My wife and I love this Starbucks. It's our favorite Starbucks on the west side of Cleveland. The staff is always extremely nice. They have food in stock when others don't. Also, shout out to MaryGrace! She's the best. Thank you, Cornerstone Starbucks!

First time there 12/23/23 nice laid back vibe.

My daughter had her birthday last week and it is a tradition to get her Starbucks on her birthday She turned 18 and wanted a ham and cheese croissant which she loves, a snowman ⛄ cookie, a cookie dough cakepop but since they don't have that anymore we got a cookies and cream cakepop which was delicious and she also got a strawberry acai refresher with lemonade which she enjoyed Kid-friendliness: The cakepops are kid friendly.

A+ experience. I ordered 6 drinks through drive thru, and they were out so quickly. I then needed 2 more (cuz my brother texted me late with his order), so I went in for those 2. Watching that team work together was like magic. They had a great chemistry and we're working through things so well. They checked to make sure that nothing was wrong with my initial order, and then speedily got me my new drinks.
