If you have a medical condition or use a stoma/catheter, be prepared to be refused toilet access unless you purchase their overly rated and overly expensive coffee. I have Crohn's and got refused just after lockdown was lifted; thankfully a small independent cafe allowed me access to their toilet as they have a member of staff with Ulcerative Colitis.
This is just another Starbucks like any other spread around the city, to me what makes it unique it’s the soundtrack. Every time I come to this Starbucks there’s some really nice jazz playing which makes me stick around, love it!
The customer service was not met today the worker Courtney that was at the till was very rude didn’t say the price of my order and waited for me to give my money and didn’t say thank when I was done Not good customer service
My favourite Starbucks in Belfast, the staff are really friendly and efficient without making customers feel rushed. Sometimes I’ll place an order through the app and when I arrive to pick it up they won’t have the items in stock but that’s a wider Starbucks issue rather than one specifically with this store. Atmosphere wise it’s normally lovely but sometimes let down by rowdy school kids, again not something specific to this store and not something they can do much about.
I enjoy Starbucks Moneda House for my excellent filter coffee and dark chocolate bar.
