The baristas are kind and helpful for the most part, and I always feel welcome. My one issue is that there was a really loud beeping noise/alarm going off about every 10 minutes while I was there. I was trying to study but ended up having to leave because I couldn’t focus.

Much like any business the staff working make or break the experience, this location is no different. Fortunately I generally come in when Latavia (permission to post the name was granted) and staff are working. I say fortunately as I have always been greated with smiles and kind service when the aforementioned members are working. Moreover I have always received perfectly heated food and as requested coffee when I've stopped in making this a top notch experience that enlightens my day. Personally I've found that when I'm craving my caffeine fix I tend to find myself yearning specifically for this location despite the added time to arrive as other locations don't seem to be as consistent with my order despite my order being fairly consistent. Last but not least this location is open later than others, this is perfect for myself and others who prefer a later point in the day to awaken. So I hope that Latavia and staff notice this review and give themselves a pat on the back for exceptional service. Its Starbucks, you know what you're getting. Baristas are chill, it does get pretty busy during lunch on the weekdays, lots of teens who are kinda loud. Vegetarian options: You can get any drinks with alt milk, make sure it doesn't come with whip tho. also they have some food items without meat like the tomatoe mozzarella sandwich, which is a favorite of mine. They also gave little fruit and cheese protien boxes in the front which are good. Not a lot of vegan options tho.

I keep ordering black coffee and even when I say “no sweetener” I sometimes get sweetener. How does a coffee place not know what black is? I contacted customer support, was informed they would send some compensation… never happened. Don’t go here for 5 dollar plain coffee because it seems to be too complicated and there is no customer support.
