Starbucks

Drive thru was packed, I went inside. Was the only person. Barista was amazing and gave me the best frappé I'd ever had, seriously. Everything was great aside from the fruit flies in the bakery case. Apparently that's in 100% Starbucks, they don't serve the food that's in it.

Gross! I looked forward to a white hot chocolate with peppermint all day. I waited 15 minutes to let it cool, and found they had put coffee in my white chocolate. I hate coffee, so it was disgusting. I didn’t have 1/2 hour to spare to drive back to have my order corrected.

The reviews are true! This literally is the absolute nicest Starbucks I have ever been to, and I have traveled a lot of different places and tried a lot of different Starbucks in many different states. This location actually make them seem more like a mom and pop coffee shop and not some mass market produced, Starbucks on every corner, Starbucks. Huge points awarded here. This is now become my favorite Starbucks location if I have to get Starbucks and I can't go to my favorite local mom and pop coffee shop.

Worst management

Hands down best Starbucks in Ohio for consistency in how they make their drinks! A brown sugar shaken iced expresso looks like the pic on the wall! Tastes amazing! I will drive out of my way just to visit this store! A rare Gem!!!

Every time I’ve came to this location they make the most bitter bland coffee ever. no matter what you add etc. Almost positive they don’t even listen to you while ordering. Should be no reason my coffee tastes how it does each time I come here. if I wanted bland black coffee I’d go to mcdonald’s ♥️
