Wifi issues

If you are short staffed then close your mobile ordering and serve people. There is no reason not to acknowledge people waiting on an order that is a simple iced coffee and hot tea. We understand if you are short staffed but do something to make your customers experience better than it is.

Whoever was working around 12:45pm today (January 5th), y'all did the damn thing. The girl in the drive thru was very friendly and gave my dog a pup cup, and the coffee was made SO well. Thanks you guys!!

Casey and the rest of the staff were amazing and welcoming. Casey was so sweet, above and beyond naturally. My Chestnut Praline Latte w/ Oat milk was absolutely delightfully made to order. Sorry I didn't think to get a pic before it was gone. Take my word, it was as appealing to my eyes as my taste buds. I'll definitely be stopping by this location whenever I'm in town. The inside is also clean as well as the RR. P.S. Don't forget to tip your baristas, and tip extra if you're making extra requests. Just a friendly reminder.
