Good. I tried the Halloween Elphaba cold brew which was terrible and they nicely replaced it for me.

Baristas are very rude in this location

I miss seeing (Fairuz) there and She used to make the best drinks. She was friendly made the best drinks for us. I recommend this place to everyone.

Don’t go here. It should not take them 30 minutes to make literally one drink

I should have learned my lesson about this branch. They don’t really care about customer services. Order in advance but still have to wait 20 mins after the time the app says my coffee should be ready. Note to self - not again.

Got the worst matcha drink. Went to the one on Chesterbrook Starbucks, had tasty matcha, great mixed, great color. Today I received nasty drink. Don’t taste the matcha at all. Looks like it’s all underneath.

It was fast, friendly Service with smiles , and my americano was great! Thank you 😊

Typical Starbucks

I do Uber Eats and this is the 2nd time I was 100% ignored. 2 Caucasian females and one long haired white male calling out drinks and making drinks would not make eye contact! Lol it was laughable. They helped the white Uber eats/door dash driver with his order then when I walked up pretended to be overly swamped and kept putting food and drinks down writing names on order bags and not once did they ask could they help me was I being helped etc. I mean how could they when they were working so hard to not make eye contact even talking to each other giggling and turning their back to me. What a joke. If brown people bother you put a sign on your doors..oh yeah can't do that bcs it would be considered racist right so rather than do that let's just do this. I don't get it what is the issue with skin...it sounds stupid but apparently many are just that. How about a hello you would've found out I actually speak AND smile and appreciate those who serve others. Definitely not patronizing this Starbucks and definitely not picking up orders here for the community I work my other 2 jobs in again. Get it together ladies and gentleman. If you only prefer your kind go elsewhere.

There was a bugs inside the food container where you get the brownie, and the cookies. It was full of insects actually. Not a good spot in a good area. Employees where on the phone and the drink I got is full of ice, as it is a policy to decrease the drink usage and use solid water instead, but they will tell you it’s for refreshing… it’s not as this much! Local cafes is a better idea. Sorry, but this is what happened with me.

Friendly, clean and great service, but the parking could improve.

The drinks here are always way too inconsistent. Sometimes they are good, but sometimes they just take like water. I don’t prefer to come here for my coffee but will if I have to.

Parking is rough at this location.

A bit of cleaning throughout the day would really help.
