Starbucks

The atmosphere is horrible!!! Loud music and everyone yelling in a very echoing room. NOT a relaxing place to have a cup of coffee..

Did a mobile order for 2 oatmeals, both with blueberries which I got charged $1.25 extra for each. I picked up the order and all I got was plain oatmeal with no nuts, fruits, blueberries, or SPOONS! I didn't know I had to pay an arm and a leg to drink my oatmeal. This sad world we live in where people can't do their jobs correctly and common sense clearly doesn't exist at this location! Very disappointing.

Coffee is great! Service is okay.

Hailey is an absolute angel. I had car issues in the parking lot today and she came out to chat and see if I was OK! She brought me a drink and a snack too. I was so grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness! Thank you so much!

This Starbucks has the absolute best customer service. The staff will always greet me and tell me to have a good day as I leave. Ive been served my drink or pastry at the table I wait at every time they aren't busy. They all seem to be kind to all people even as it gets very busy. Ive worked for Starbucks in the past so it means something when I say that they actually make all my drinks correctly which can be hard to find. As I'm writing this review, a barista checked in with me as she was cleaning tables. This store must have an excellent store manager.
