Starbucks

Went thru the drive thru and girl giggled at me like I was stupid. They whispered about me because I didn't tip on my card( was going to in cash but they made me so uncomfortable), my caramel macchiato tastes like burnt coffee and water. So I went in and asked for a remake. I was rudely handed the same cup without the sleeve, they had just added milk to it. 7 something for that experience first thing In the morning. Pass.

The coffee is major strong. The prices are off the charts!

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

First of all I must say that this is my favorite location by far. Orders are always accurate, and staff is always professional , friendly , attentive. Today was totally different. I visited 9/18/2023 at 7:30pm and was told that I wasn’t able to order because they were no longer taking cash. I also wasn’t given an explanation why. I guess I’ll call first next time to make sure cash is being accepted.

Why would anyone pay these prices when McDonald's is just as good, maybe better.

Stopped by after an Amazon return through UPS. The barista was great and able to explain that I need to order a traditional Macchiato as a “traditional “ or “coffeehouse “ Macchiato in order to get the espresso/ foam version that I prefer rather than the Starbucks branded Macchiato. She made one up for me and it was somewhere between wonderful and divine.
