Awesome and friendly staff!

I believe the person who helped us was named Jenna and she was amazing! I brought my boyfriend in for his birthday and we had never used the birthday rewards before and so we kind of messed it up and Jenna made sure that we were still taken care of and got his free drink. Thank you so much.

Fantastic coffee and breakfast options

I hate Starbucks. I always have. I dont enjoy the coffee, dont enjoy the food or the atmosphere. When I married, I married a women who shared my anti starbucks values. My wife is now pregnant which has led to a horrible situation. My wife's pregnancy craving is….. STARBUCKS. Being a good husband i save my wife the horror of having to enter our local Starbucks by going into the jaws of this dungeon of Coffee and Comfort on my own. Now while i dislike Starbucks and will raise my soon to be born son to dislike it as well. I can not deny that this location has the kindest staff I have ever seen. It is as if the management team has hunted down the most pleasant and kind people in the world and got them all to work at this Starbucks location. Perhaps it is a curse or some sort of witchcraft that has tricked my mortal brain into thinking these Venti Warlocks are this nice. I would go there more to study this Magic myself but I fear that if i stay there too long i will grow to like starbucks and i can not take that risk. In good faith I could never recommend anyone enter a starbucks……. But if I were to do that. I would choose this location.

Dealt with a very rude employee. Asked for a drink tray and she says yes, but doesn’t give it to me. Without looking up at me, she left me standing there for a while distracting herself with something (she was lackadaisical and clearly not in any rush, just trying to kill time). After a while, she takes a tray off the pile, but sets it down beside her, then walks away from me to help another customer at the till. The tray is on their side of the counter and I didn’t want to be rude and reach over myself, so I wait to ask the same lady if I may take it, then she rolls her eyes and finally slides it over for me to grab, obviously annoyed. Extremely rude, hurtful and unprofessional customer service!
