My strawberry lemonade refresher tasted amazing

The staff is unaware and absent minded. I was the only person there and she started calling out a name that was not mine or written on the cup. it was also a female name when I am clearly a male with a beard. Then the cowork was said it's yours. The drink it self was ok but they where out of the drizzle. It's a nice convenience in a target but not a destination... I would rather go to a real stand alone location.

Stopped in bought items for my crew , and couldn’t even drink mine, you couldn’t taste the coffee & she was no-caring! Took it back to get another one she wanted to embarrass me about it by telling the other employee about it! I spoke up before the other could say anything because she was already laughing , I told her it was me! She was rude as well & didn’t apologize! I’ll never go back to this Starbucks!!! They also had huge nets flying around!! Nasty!!

I give 5 stars to Keegan, I don’t know if I spelled his name right! But he was so nice when I asked to make me that Ube Frappucino off the Starbucks secret menu! It’s been popular in our FB page and I thought I could give it a try! Wish all Starbucks shop staff like Keegan would be as nice as him! Great customer service! Kudos to you Keegan! Keep up the good work!
