Starbucks

Twice they’ve ruined my drinks :( not sure why but I’m not getting any from this location again .

Unfortunately the only time I recieve great customer service and a proper drink is when Keandrea and Victoria are working. Grechen is usually rude or on her phone when I walk up and seems inconvenienced by customer interaction and it shows sometimes in her demeanor and how my drinks taste.

Keandrea is the best!!! My iced peppermint mocha is always on point!!

Thank You is not enough for these ladies !! Gretchen, Viktoria and Kendra the energy they give is one that turns your bad day into a fantastic day I order trenta green tea with or with out food and never disappoints. Theses ladies make my day Jina

I shop at the Krogers where this Starbucks is located. I often buy gift cards from Starbucks. I buy $10 card. Starbucks does not offer a $10 card via the gift card display in Krogers. Every time I attempt to pruchase a gift card I find that I have to wait a long time. It appears to me that the Starbuck personnel are busy doing other things. I went to this Starbucks to purchas a gift card. There were two people in front of me. The two people received service then the Starbuck employee walked off. From the time I started keeping time on my watch, I was there over 20 minutes. I had to leave because I had ice cream in my cart. I returned the next day at 8:15 pm. I thought they were open until 9 pm, but all the lights were off and they looked closed.
