Don't advertise 4:30am opening if your team isn't going to be ready at 4:30am. I pulled up at 4:33am today, 3/27, and the employee told me they weren't open because they had just gotten to the store. I've sat at the drive thru in the past a couple minutes, patiently, before they realized I was there or what have it, being able to order at 4:35am. I'm OK with that. But don't tell me you're just plain closed when you're advertised hours at differently.

The staff demonstrates a pattern of lack of time management skills and the service skills to explain this to customers. My drink is frequently 10-15 minutes behind pick up time and staff laughs when you ask why. Manager displayed no signs of customer training or staff management skills. Avoid this location.
