Ridiculous prices and they fill it all with ice and no drink. Very disappointed that I spent six dollars on a small cup.

I like Starbucks. The store is always clean. Employees are always friendly. Prices have gone up, but they are comparable to other coffee shops.

I’ve ordered online almost 3 days in a row and each time they forget to the extra caramel drizzle or the Caramell itself sometimes I don’t even know if they really do put in my five shots of espresso, but I pay a lot of money for my drink and don’t even get a refund for the stuff they don’t add

DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVE THRU. It’s chaos. They only have one lane, so if it’s busy, you’re stuck in line for over 20 minutes.
