Starbucks

Love this place. Wish the coffee wasn't so expensive but it's very delicious. The customer service is outstanding. **update*** Ran by to get a rental iced coffee. I ordered it on the app. It is very convenient but you don't know how your drink will turn out. I do order with a splash of milk, but a splash to each batista is different. Today's, there were very little others it's having half a cup of milk. I'm not sure how they can fix this. Today, I was in a hurry and had no time to wait and fix it.

Hi. I try my best not to leave bad reviews. I try even harder to make sure if I have a good experience to leave a good review. Today I’m leaving a good review. I tried the grilled cheese today for the first time and it was amazing. It was warmed up perfectly and had amazing flavor. The young man At the window, I believe his name was Sean… Was friendly, pleasant, and efficient. My order was done very quickly and with a great attitude. In fact when I pulled up to the window, all of the Staff seemed to be cheery And happy to be at work. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience.

Management Trash one in particular Logan.. This guy Customer service and attitude towards people that support Starbucks is a bad look. I suggest retraining

I’ve tried this location several times but my drinks don’t get made correctly. When you ask for it to be remade they kinda try to insist they made it right and it’s just an uncomfortable experience. I think I’ll take the extra time to go to the Stan Schlueter bunny trail location from now on.

My daughter is autistic and is non verbal so she uses baby sign to communicate with people. The woman in the window with the hat not only noticed my daughter's sign but when I explained what she wanted (the gir's name) she not only signed her name and gave a sign name but asked my daughter her name too . The girl said that she was just starting learning sign language for her deaf customers, I hope she is able to master it so she can make more people feel seen like she did my daughter.

I don't know what Lindsay is doing, but whatever it is she needs to keep doing it. I have never had such a wonderful experience with anyone at starbucks as I have with her. new favorite store

Slow service

The few times that we have gone to this Starbucks, the staff has been kind and quick with our orders. We've enjoyed our drinks and food items. There's nothing bad to say here ☺️.

As a travel nurse, I showed up 5 minutes until closing (door says one time and web another) desperately needing coffee and a bathroom. I was greeted with 2 big smiles and friendly service and guidance. Order was swiftly taken as I was pointed in the right direction. Then as I exited ( with clean hands), I had my drink ready to go. But that was just the start. I tried something new. I'm a medium roast with keto friendly creamer gal. But this time I went for a venti shaken brown sugar espresso with 2 pumps brown sugar, one pump SF vanilla and vanilla cold foam. Thank you Starbucks! This not too sweet taste of caffeine got me through my second shift of a 17 hour day. Your kindness, caffeinated support and supreme taste will not be forgotten. Management ...This occured 7/6/24. Please ensure the two staffed employees are rightly rewarded!

Had an amazing caramel ribbon crunch. The place echos like a warehouse.

i just want to leave an amazing review for Ms Cass! She's amazing and this Starbucks has always treated me so amazing every morning! Such great energy and always positive :) SHE BETTER BE MANAGER OR WE FIGHTING hahahah
