Starbucks

I avoid other Starbucks in Killeen and come to this one due to their efficiency and customer service. This location has the friendliest Baristas out of every Starbucks I’ve been to. They are polite and friendly but not so overly so that the talking takes up extra time. The baristas almost always get my order right-the rare occasion where they didn’t they have been prompt and apologetic to fix the issue. I can tell that the employees either have great management or work well as a team or both. The baristas always greet customers when they walk in regardless of the busyness and are always so positive!

I had just previous been the store to order my normal drink and the customer service from the management was just so none engaging just no emotion in wanting to be around or working in general… can’t imagine how the rest of the barista's are treated behind the closed door 😔 If you’re dining in, the Harker Heights store is the place to go for anyone looking for a friendly environment welcoming environment…

Jaklan is a positive force among employees at the Starbucks on fort Hood Street. We watched wipe down a table for a customer out side of the building. 10/10 would recommend her for promotion.

Please make sure you order light on ice….feel like I got extremely ripped off.

The workers here are amazing! Even when it's busy they work hard and are efficient and personable. Love coming here every day before work.

Very carizmic atmosphere, you know when the inside is cold and the barista comes out within 2 or 3 min with your drink, you know your coffee is on point. They never disappoint. #TeamStarbucks

Great customer service come here almost everyday get my favorite carmal ribbon crunch with expresso shot even got a sticker how nice of them definitely recommend this one 💯

This is without a doubt the cleanest and friendliest Starbucks I have ever been in! Everyone there is so attentive and kind. Chris waited on my friend and me, and he was the nicest food service person I’ve interacted with in years. When my friend and I asked them their secret, they said, “Great management!” 😊❤️
