favorite place i love it and the people.

We get there after placeing a mobil order and get told its not ready, not a issue expected that we were gonna wait however we were told 1 drink wasnt ready so they had us go back around through the drive thru, we had to wait behind a truck who placed a order at the store and they got tobstay and wait 5 whole minutes for 2 drinks to get made. How does that make any sense we had 1 drink that wasnt ready and had to wait extra 5 minutes for them to make another persons order. Thats just stupid.

I meant to order from a different location since I try to avoid the trimmer location since they always seem to mess up the simplest order up all the time. I ordered a hot chocolate and when I got it all the cocoa powder was sitting at the top. Didn't bother on going back since I didn't have the time.

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap and they didn’t put any coffee. That’s really made the day suck. Even the drive thru guy was rude. I guess I’ll go back to Harker Heights from now on since this was my first time coming here.

They make really good coffee and the food is tasty too. I got the cake pops. The only thing is that sometimes they make a mistake and that can happen. But they didn’t verify my order after their first attempt to correct my order. However, I didn’t see anyone in the coffee shop, I saw one car behind me. Idk maybe I missed a rush hour at 5:30pm on a Sunday. All of those are possible. There was one Barista that looked like she was gonna have a melt down, and I just hope management is taking care of their staff and not just their customers. Other than that great work on always coming in clutch for the majority visits I come here which is a lot. Thank you for providing fast and efficient service!

We go to Starbucks often and this is our least favorite store on Trimmier. The “baristas” always seem young minded with attitude and tones as if they wish not to be at work. We have business that we handle off of Lowe’s BLVD so we will stop by this Starbucks location to get coffee for the office. Seems like a bunch of teens handing your orders out the drive thru while looking away.
