Worst Starbucks in the Grand Rapids area! When you ask for an extra splash of milk they refuse and make you buy a 5.00 cup of milk! Absurd! Will never be back.

Imagine coming to this location and when you walk in you’re not greeted walk to the counter it’s literally 5 workers that walk pass don’t greet you don’t speak to you not nothing but luckily a worker finally came to assist me but I found it strange soon as I’m walking out a caucasian woman walks in it’s good morning welcome happy Tuesday

Fast drive-thru experience. Order was accurate and service was friendly. Our barista even took the time to share a different way to order one of our beverages, so we can save $1 next time. Always a pleasant surprise when someone goes out of their way like that!

Such wonderful staff

I was in the Starbucks drive thru asking the barista (was wearing a red sweater and blond hair” if I could do two separate transactions and she rolled her eyes and slammed the barcode scanner on the counter and said “i guess”. SO RUDE! Like do your job!

I went in today and my barista was the best! Her name was Julia and she made the best drink I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back because of this experience:))

They aren't always the quickest but my order is always correct.

Julia went above and beyond to make my drink. So friendly and efficient! Will come back again!

Had a coffee meeting in the afternoon. Location was quiet and not busy. Turned out to be a great location for a conversation, with good coffee!
