Starbucks

I love Starbucks coffee, I do hate that most of my favorite drinks are seasonal though . Seriously the pumpkin cream chai tea latte was amazing. Although coffee places are expensive anymore so can only order as a treat I do love them.

I was at this Starbucks today and was turned away as a customer because they were on break and only had one person who was working...you shouldn't be able to turn a customer away even if you are on break I'm sure that's not the only time they had to themselves while working. It's bad for businessim a local and needles to say I won't be stopping at that location anymore...

They didn't even know they were out of strawberries, so I ended up paying extra for something they didn't have.

Service is extremely slow and the lady behind the counter (Vanessa), moves like a sloth and is not friendly at all. Don’t work in the service industry if you’re going to cop an attitude. She was the only one working and the line was a mile long. I waited for 25 minutes only to find out their espresso machine is out! You sell coffee and you’re telling me you can’t give me coffee but you don’t let people know until they get to the register?! Unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this location.

Same lady always had an attitude. She needs to find a job she can enjoy bc it isn't Starbucks.

This place gets real busy and they loose track of your order. They take a long time to make your stuff and then they fail to follow through. So you if you are in a hurry just go home and make you a pot of coffee and a bagels, it would be faster.
