Barista was rude when I let them know that my coffee was made incorrectly and began raising their voice. This Starbucks lacks consistency and customer service.

Gave this location more than a few tries after being dissatisfied. I always order the ice shaken espresso because it’s hard to mess up yet they always do. These coffees are too expensive to be paying for an order that is not drinkable
