I just bought a little Americano coffee with me. Jackson’s seller, while conducting the operation, just left the cash register without finishing, when he saw that I didn’t leave him a tip, didn’t say thank you for the purchase or anything like that, just left leaving the cash operation open. Starbucks teaches us not to care about customers, and work according to the principle: if there are tips - we will be polite, no tips - we will send to hell those who made an order. The brand has been demanding a worthy competitor for a long time, and they made me coffee for 15 minutes, and it’s a simple little Americano. There are also problems with cleanliness on the tables and in the toilet. But compared to vulgarity, it’s nothing. After 15 minutes of waiting, a nice girl with a Jack badge helped her partner, brought me coffee and wished me a good day. Here I met one benevolent employee. I went here quite often, but this time for the last time. If you want to spoil your morning mood, come to Starbucks.

I am a frequent visitors to Starbucks and this location was disappointing to the say the least. The floors are filthy. Counters were sticky. Bathroom was closed to customers and the coffees were waiting for us but couldn’t read the names on the cups. Will not be visiting here again.

I went here regularly during my college years, recently went back, and remember all the good old memories :) :). Love it!

One of your employee forgot to give me my other drink and I asked kindly and she just rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. I didn’t even ask rude and she just rolled her eyes and smirked ! What kind of service is rhat

Nice cafe, nice atmosphere and great service, don't often get to dine at Starbucks but the oatmeal on the menu was surprising which our young daughter happily devoured

The heavier set barista was rude

The employees here did not welcome anyone when they walked in. They make you wait with no greeting. The flavor of their Mocha is horrible. Minimal parking here. First and last visit here.

Good coffee great service

This location has the worst customer service, all the short airhead women working there have their own rules, give horrible service, hate their jobs, and are supported by their manager that is helping create this atmosphere. In addition if you complain Starbucks will support the behavior as well.

Tried this drink for the 1st time.. other than the fact that it was more ice than drink, it tasted delish!
