The partners are rude at this location. No customer service skills what so ever. Having a smile and saying thank you goes a long way.

Fast, well made, and always has a shorter line then the libraries starbucks.

The person they have managing this location Today, Feb. 7, 2018 displayed unprofessional attitude when a simple misunderstanding arose. I grabbed the wrong double cc frap that was on the counter since there were two. When the manager (tall african american woman) noticed she was going to have to correct the mistake she snatched the cup and gave me the ugliest look, rolled her eyes, shook her head and made comments to the other workers as they re-made the drink for the person it belonged to. After being tild that the actions were unprofessional, by another employee she screams out “I dont care!” . This location needt to get it together. Sad there are people with such low work ethic and moral in this environment. Not only was she being disrespectful but this is the second occasion that the older hispanic woman cashier also spoke in a rude tone.
