Starbucks

Imagine ordering a venti oatmeal cookie chai latte for the first time just to get in your car and accidentally spill it EVERYWHERE, the WHOLE latte! I just so happen to be on a FT call with my cousins so they witnessed my breakdown. I wasn’t even going to ask for another one because it was my fault and I figured I’d just accept the loss. But they encouraged me to just go back in and tell them what happened and ask if they can make another one. So I did, with the sticky empty cup and lid as proof. Sabrina was at the register, and I told her I spilled my drink. She was extremely sympathetic and apologetic [for my clumsiness] and without hesitation, took the sticker off of my old cup and told me she’d make me another one. She also asked if I needed napkins which I thanked her but declined because the clean up required lots of water and a towel which I already had in my car. So I told her I’d be right back. It took me some time cleaning up what I could even though I knew my car would be sticky and reeking of oatmeal cookie latte for days to come, but finally, I went back in the store. Not only did she have my drink ready, she also gave me a cake pop and told me that she hopes my day gets better. I told her she already made that happen! Starbucks, give Sabrina a raise!! She deserves it!! Her kindness truly turned what I thought would be a bad day into a good day.

I got my order at 4:00 and the doors to the Starbucks were closed. So then I had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru line and they didn't have my order ready ..

It's your average Starbucks. Nothing special here. Surrounded by homeless and the less desirable.

The baristas were great. The area is sketchy. Drug deals in parking lot. No wonder they closed at 5pm.

This one disappointed me today.. this used to be one of my favorite Starbucks to go to when I used to work at Walmart, i moved further also but I came back today and it's been a minute since I've been there.. I got a mocha cookie crumble and it came out bitter.. I didn't have time to ask for more syrup or anything and maybe that's how it's supposed to come out? But the other on Florida and Kirby does better anyways lol

Getting a little pricey

closed at 930? makes no sense to me! lol
