The store itself is a good environment, but they've messed up my coffee order the last two times. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and me coffee had cinnamon in it. If they don't have the chestnut praline anymore, they need to remove it from the website. This time I ordered a flat white with vanilla syrup and they didn't put the 4 pumps in vanilla in my coffee.
Terrible service and when asked about the ETA of my order I wasn’t just looked at with no response. Waited over 15 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready.
I tried double shots of espresso at Starbucks of the different location and stopped going to Starbucks after that. This cafe on 2630 Arapaho Rd., in Garland, Texas is making the best espresso. I am back on track! The girls who work there are also amazing. I lost my wallet, and Jane and Valeria hold it for me for two days!
Everything came fast and made to my satisfaction with a smile. I enjoy visiting this location.
Slowest Starbucks ever!!! Customer service is a joke. The guy who takes order for the drive through just stood there and watched his coworkers make the drinks when there’s a long line waiting !
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ! Tonight around 6:30p was the WORST experience of ever in the drive-thru line.. I go to Starbuck’s literally everyday and one of my drinks was the incorrect size.. I told the manager kindly that I asked for grande on my last drink.. she was very sweet and offered to correct my order without me asking BUT when she walked off to go remake the drink , a heavy set white guy sticks his head out the drive-thru window and tells me “NEXT TIME CHECK THE SCREEN WHEN YOU ORDER TO MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT SO WE DONT HAVE TO KEEP REMAKING DRINKS!” I told him to rewind the cameras back to hear me clearly say I wanted “Grande” size.. he tells me “WE DONT HAVE CAMERAS JUST MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE SCREEN!” very aggressively & walked away and mouth off something to the manager… I told the manager that he was extremely rude .. THIS GUY IS A PROBLEM & NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.. I also see other posts from others about his behavior.. but however, the manager apologized but I WILL NOT be back to this location again
This Starbucks is SEVERELY understaffed and it shows. Shame on management.
We order here all the time. Don’t tell us regular is extra and say “that’s more than how I usually make it.” Stop being lazy and make the drinks correctly. What a joke.
