Coffee was ordered with light ice and my cup was full of ice. Coffee had barely any flavor. The pumpkin bread was soggy . I will go to a different Starbucks from now on .
When you ask to have your drink remade cause they have it sitting there for awhile on a counter near the drive thru window they will literally take it to the back and act like they are making a new drink and bring the same drink out. I didn’t feel like dealing with the headache because the young man had an attitude when I ask but won’t return to this location.
ordered online to have my drink made, my drink was made wrong. Not a big deal it happens, I asked if they could remake it or even just take out the strawberry pieces. Then it was full all the way to the bottom with ice. If I wanted extra ice it would’ve been ordered that way. Now I paid $7 for two sips and a bunch of ice.. as they remade mine I watched a few drinks being made with way more ice than usual so beware when ordering here..

No food today, but our drinks were really good. Prepared drinks perfectly. The drive-thru line was pretty long, so we went inside. Everyone was really nice, and we were surprised with how quickly our drinks were ready.
I usually do not have a problem at this location when I go through drive through but I feel after the circumstances of yesterdays experience It warrants a not so great review. I went inside because the drive through was too long, ordered my 1 Frappuccino, waited over 10 minutes for it as they were very busy, I understood this. The two guys that had ordered a head of me had gotten their drinks and was well gone before I got my drink and I had to ask if they were working on mine, I was polite and not rude, just asking a question as I had been waiting over 10 minutes the response from one of the employees was "I am now, we are very busy." I finally got my drink and it was not the correct Frapp, not their fault, the cashier did not understand me and rung it wrong. I said something to them and asked for a remake of what I actually ordered. Meanwhile drive through is building, people are coming in and mobile orders are coming in. I get it it was busy, waited almost another 15 minutes for the remake. I simply asked one of the other employees again asked not upset or rude just asked if they were working on my remake, I was met with "he is making it now, we are busy, you're patience would go along way." Please do not speak to me like a child especially when I was in the store almost a half hour waiting for 1 drink. Do not appreciate the attitude when 1 I am a customer 2 the prices you pay for Starbucks in and of itself. I could see it was busy, I am not stupid, the problem I had was people that had ordered way after me were getting their drinks, mobile orders were being made, drive through exc, I was waiting on a remake that should have been priority. I get that since mobile orders became a thing during COVID it does not help and employees are trying to manage all angles, this is not on them but on Cooperate, I get it but it was simply the attitude and lack of respect for someone that had been waiting almost 30 minutes I have a problem with. I will not be back to this location.
