Dismal interior like a hotel snack bar. Ordered venti (my drink was short). Skinny vanilla latte. Must have been short on vanilla. Not anywhere near as good as the Main Street location in front of Tom Thumb. And I asked for extra hot. Nope. Missed on all counts. They’re having a bad day.

This Starbucks was a neighborhood favorite but they recently remodeled and removed all customer seating inside. It is now more like a sterilized waiting room. They do not care about the customer experience, all they want is for you to give them your money and gtfo. The baristas are visibly annoyed if someone walks in to do a personal order instead of using the app. I will be using other local coffee shops on Flower Mound Rd from now on that actually care about respecting their customers with a welcoming experience. WTH happened to this company, that a generation grew up enjoying?
Pretty disappointed, no place to sit and get some work done while I grab and coffee and a snack. For anyone who works on the go and needs a place to stop, this is not your place.
There should be posted signs that it is drive through only now. I drove for 20 minutes to have a coffee and no seating.
Just not good since the remodel. If you go in to order you just sit there and wait and hope someone acknowledges you. Went in solely for a cake pop on a not busy Saturday and it took 5 minutes to get one. The person who took my order went back behind the glass and was just wandering around until I finally made eye contact and then he yelled for someone else to get it. And the last few times I did order drive thru or pick up, my drink has not tasted good. It's either burnt or has no syrup. Just a drive thru place now. I'll avoid this one as much as I can and make the long drive to Dutch Bros.
YUCK!!! TERRIBLE!! I'm so disappointed! This unit has recently been remodled. NO Menu, No place to sit or visit with friends. This is no longer a coffee shop. It's solely an order pick up location.
Not only that. I ordered a carmel machiato instore. It was cool and had no carmel. Terrible visit.
This is not my usual location, so I can't speak to the remodel. But as a fellow barista, I was appalled by the lack of customer service. No one acknowledged us, and we waited a long time. It was clear drive thru is the only chanel of operations this store caters to. After hearing a barista say "I don't want to take front" we left.
this used to be my go to location, but after the remodel a lot changed. im unsure if it was just the day i went because i haven’t been back since, but the ice was different and diluted my entire drink. the inside looks nice but it’s extremely small now compared to how it used to be.
Just stopped by after a full remodel of the store. What a BIG miss! This is no longer a coffee shop, it's now an order out only stop. Gone are the cozy corners, easy interactions with staff, outside tables where soccer players would gather . Not even any marketing pictures to tempt your order preferences.
Love this location! I’ve been coming here once or twice a week for the past 3 years and never had a problem with my order. The baristas are super nice and my coffee comes out great. I’ve never had to wait too long in the drive thru. Georgia is my fave!

Very very poor chai latte. They just gave some milk. Need lot of improvement.
Usually pretty lenient on what I would consider average customer service but the staff at this location sum up everything wrong with the current workforce. Short, rude, lack of acknowledgment, sloppy drink preparation, no apology when a mistake was made. What kind of business operates with staff that seemed annoyed that there are customers?
