Starbucks

Great all around. Sometimes a bit slow but honestly it's rush hr idk how much they can do about that.

My experience at this Starbucks every single time has been extremely poor, the most recent was my final straw. Somehow they are always “closed” at least an hour earlier than the posted time (9:00pm). I went to the counter to redeem a cup for stars at 8:15pm, and the employee who was still there just washing a few things at the front said “We are closed, but you can go buy that at the register, though.” Can’t redeem stars at the register 🤷 as a service worker myself, I would never deny somebody who wasn’t even requesting that they actually make anything, I just wanted to buy the cup. Especially an hour before closing lol. The coffee I have managed to actually order here also always tastes burnt and is way below the quality of any other real Starbucks location.

Asked for a Frappuccino and was told “I’m not making Frappuccinos right now” like it’s one thing if the machines are down but it was said in a rude manner and also like she just didn’t wanna do it

Addison was very sweet. She helped me very promptly. She is a star employee. Thank you Addison for making my Starbucks experience all the more pleasurable

Closed all day for employee event per sign on drive thru window. I personally don't buy their overpriced products but a sister of mine is hooked on them and was beside herself she couldn't have the frosty thing to help soothe her upset stomach.

yeolie makes the best drinks and i’m always happy to see her face behind the counter! super friendly

Good store. Convenient for grabbing a coffee on the way out. Kid friendly too.

Pitiful customer service. No drinks available. Ingredients missing. Said they can’t put ingredients in after a straw is already placed. Disrespectful and made rude remarks to us when we addressed incorrect order.

The absolute best hot white chocolate is right here. Only 4 stars because they did not have peppermint syrup. That how I normally have any kind of hot chocolate, but they added extra whip cream and a splash of cinnamon powder. I'm over the peppermint, from now on it's all about the cinnamon!!!
