Starbucks

Went inside order egg bites and nondairy apple crisp chia. Got my egg bites waited almost 5 minutes from my APPLE CRISP chia tea only to get a plain chai tea with non dairy. Beyond disappointed when I left and realized it.

The service was good. The wait was short.

Unfortunately I did not get their names but the barista that got my food started and talked to me about the pecan latte in the drive thru was knowledgeable and so sweet! The barista at the drive thru window was also amazing! They deserve raises because that is what customer service sounds like and should be! They were pleasant and helpful!! :) God bless

A barista spilled a large black coffee on my 72 year old father-in-law in the drive thru. No apology or even a free coffee. We will not be buying coffee here anymore. My family and friends will no longer visit this location.

I have given them so Many chances. This Starbucks is the reason I will never spend a penny at another Starbucks again. These people handed me my tall drink half filled and when I asked about it the “lady” at the window told me that’s how much they can fill it. Literally not joking half full I should have gotten a picture of her handing it to me.
