Starbucks

Hoy tuve una mala experiencia tuve que esperar más de 20 minutos para la entrega de latte con leche de almendra, y cuando me entregan mi producto que me voy tengo que devolver ya que me dieron algo muy diferente , la gerente muy amable trato de resolver la situación pero ya por el mal rato que pasa pedí una devolución del dinero. Tienen que tratar definir los pedidos que son por teléfono y los que se pagan dentro de la tienda para evitar la espera .. Tienen que mejorar la apariencia del mueble

I came a few days ago and ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, Bryant took my order he was very nice quick and efficient. I had asked for extra caramel and he did not disappoint. It's one of the few times I came into Starbucks and got exactly what I wanted. Drink and service was really good. Definitely would come back when I'm in the mall again.

It is a rather small starbucks with limited sitting. What they lack in space, they make up with great customer service and urgency. The wait was not long, and the staff was patient and efficient. Keep up the great work guys!

Either hire more baristas, automate the coffee prep or something. Because waiting 30+ minutes for a single drink (mobile plus waiting in line at the store) is simply unacceptable.
