Never ever had a cashier yell at everyone in the store "Can you all just leave already?!" twenty minutes before closing. Or one that blatantly said they hate elderly customers. Drinks are subpar. Service is bad (except for one very delightful worker). Tables are nice because they have outlets and USB plugs and plenty of space throughout the store. Although, I studied here for 8+ hours, five days in a row, and never saw a single table wiped down or bathrooms cleaned. Entire store was sprayed with cleaning foam 20 minutes before closing while other customers were still ordering food and drinks. It looked like a foam party aftermath. Highly recommend driving down the road to Parkside Town Commons or Southpoint instead.

This is the Starbucks location I frequent when I work on-site in the RTP area. Location is excellent, drive through moves FAST even during peak times, my order is always accurate, and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

It’s 745 on a Friday and the doors are locked and lights out. Please update your hours on your website so we dont waste time driving here.

Absolutely love starting my day here. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly, the food and drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The best Starbucks I've ever visited.

Any time Deyton is working the drive through window, I have impeccable customer service. I wish every employee at every location (I visit many locations in many different states) was as patient, friendly, and skilled as Deyton.

The renovation that was completed a few years ago still feels fresh.
