I always pre-order at this store and everytime I get here, I have to wait a long time before I get my order. The drive thru folks get their orders faster. Makes no sense to pre-order here. This is the last time

Trash. Slowest SB in the city. You will be late to your next event.

Barista was super nice and friendly

I’ve been coming here for a while since I work in the area and everytime but once was a disappointment. I even do online orders and come 20 min late to give them time because Ik it gets busy just like my store does but even then my order isn’t ready.. and then I get ignored or given an attitude for wanting the stuff I paid for when it says ima get it. Not 10 , 20 , 30 min later with a side of attitude. Don’t like your job? Get a new one. Starbucks is known to get busy.
