Starbucks

This place I went to a few times. My coffee was good, but service was very slow. The bathroom is disgusting not clean no toilet paper. I feel like they need to train better maybe be less lazy about being a cleaner environment. I’d never let a bathroom get as bad as this one is!

Nice people but incredibly slow service.

The service was on a bare minimum requirement- you want coffee we give you coffee :) Still, it’s one of the few places you get a good espresso nearby!

A tall ice coffee was $6.10. Pretty expensive but you are paying for the name of course. Gotta love Starbucks.

A cute little Starbucks. So nice to have next to the Huntington Place. The staff needs more support during conference rushes.

Overall I like this location, I haven’t been here in over a year, but it’s about the same, it definitely has not went down any points…it’s Starbucks, what much can you say, except that inflation has definitely took hold. I always order a small peppermint-mocha, last year it was 5.45, 6.10 with a extra shot of mint and chocolate, now it is 7.45 and almost 10.00 with extra shots, I won’t be visiting again

There was only one employee there, and it was around the lunch hour for a lot of people downtown. I waited almost an hour. The person working did her best, though, and was very pleasant. She should get paid a lot more, whatever she's paid now.

This location is across the street from the Huntington Place convention center. The coffee was lukewarm and the "everything bagel" which was ordered toasted with cream cheese, was the saddest bagel I've ever seen. Warm and mushy, it appeared to have been microwaved rather than toasted. The cream cheese was provided in a cold side container, and we were given a plastic spoon to spread it. The bagel itself looked dilapidated and barely had any toppings. Coffee, scone, and bagel $12. Definitely go across the street to Tropical Smoothie.

Nia and Rachel embody both teamwork and customer service. Very friendly attitudes, great environment and I will continue to visit them on break! This location is really great!

When I say this place is amazing, I mean AMAZING! I started using this location because my normal store was under construction. Although it has reopened, I continue to use this location because of the staff and attention to detail. The staff is so warm and welcoming that it reminds me of visiting my family. If you are looking for a great chat while waiting for your coffee, tea, or whatever you order…THIS IS A PLACE FOR YOU!! Keep you the great work!

Worst customer service I’ve gotten from a Starbucks location. Cashier wasn’t friendly, Barista had a nasty attitude. Ordered Frappuccino’s and received a milky textured drink! This was on a weekend and they weren’t busy at all. My friend and I were the only customers ordering. These employees definitely need some CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 courses! Won’t be going back to this location.

Kaffe wie bei jedem Starbucks. Personal eher damit beschäftigt private Gespräche zu führen. Und Toilette nicht sehr sauber.
