Stop worrying about hiring DEI and hire people who are competent. They can't even make one drink right.

Slowest and rudest starbucks if any airport. I was 4 th in line took 15 min to order. Then i got my drink and they forgot my food i asked for it . Lady says i am just drinks tells me to stand over there. 5 more minutes still no food. Another lady finally asked got me my cheese damish not even a warmed one. This starbucks is awful.
Staff is extremely laid back. I waited at the counter for a while before the staff person finished their conversation and then got to my order. Very unfriendly and definitely not the quick pick up and go service that you would expect at an airport coffee shop.
Pathetic service, waited 40 min to get couple of drinks and paid premium price for that. Worst Starbucks ever visited. Do not recommend.
Ordered online as requested but it should tell you to add additional 20 minutes to the time. After the long wait time the order was wrong. Poor service

On 06/27/24 5:30am to 6:00am This Starbucks coffee employee on this pic was rude and aggressive… cuz I asked her after 30 minutes how long should I wait for my order? I got my drinks but not snacks and I already payed for everything.. I wasn’t have enough time to wait more cuz appt fly.
For a holiday week with only two ladies holding it down, they did a great job! They are systematic and caring to their drinks and food. The line is a bit long and most people won't realize the time and craft it takes to make most drinks and sticking to guidelines with how hot foods are made. I get it's awhile, and I highly recommend using the app to order and pick up instead of waiting in line. Give it about ten minutes if it's busy and go pick up. Or order when you're at the end of the line for security check and it'll be almost ready by the time you get down there. Hope this helps! Pathetic. Open for les then an hour. Don't have half the breakfast items. They don't take cash. Very rude. It's almost like they think it's the customer fault there system is down and they don't know how to set things up to properly open for people to order things. When it's your only coffee option.....no coffee I guess. Ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculously slow. Need to have more people working duri g the morning shift, need to not allow mobile app orders at a Starbucks in the airport.
Obviously the reviews don't matter. They don't have the ability to problem solve. Seems to be the lack of empowerment for their employees and maybe lack of pay reflecting caring. Regardless shotty experience.
