Usually there’s not many problems with this Starbucks although the new employees need way more training. They were wayyyyy too slow with taking orders I mean there’s no sense of rush and everyone is taking their sweet time. Also, the cashier was confused when I told her I wanted and Iced Triple Espresso with Blonde Espresso… she was looking around on how to make it blonde and then ended up asking for my phone to look at the script I had written and just held onto my phone for about 5 minutes figuring out how to input this simple beverage and ended up making this ?? (attached) which was way more expensive than my og $3-4 order. I had to reiterate multiple times the size and creamer I wanted it was just a mess. I entered this Starbucks at 12:21, it’s 12:53 and I still don’t have my drink and have class at 1 rip.
Absolutely incompetent and RUDE staff. It is attached to my personal college, which i pay to attend. I have had to hold their hand through my order multiple times and they still mess it up. On top of that accuse people of stealing due to their own incompetence?? It is the only starbucks available on campus but i will simply not have starbucks. I worked for starbucks for 2 years and it is a whirlwind whenever i deal with this location. Disgusting that a company would allow to be represented in this way.
Apparently light ice means cup full of ice! When I asked politely to fix it, she drained some from the top along with foam, and gave it to me instead of remaking it. Now pistachio latte tastes like watered milk . $7 wasted !
Just waited 45 minutes for a drink. Everyone after me got their drink and so when I went up to ask about my drink, the girl making them was very rude to me. She then proceeded to make others drinks and when she finally made mine, it was wrong but I was so fed up that I just took it and left.
