Just waited 20 minutes for food to come out while watching a constant stream of drive thru orders go out. I get moving the drive thru is important, but not at the expense of customers in store waiting for their food. 20 minutes is ridiculous. On top of everything my coffee was made wrong. Worst part is every time I have been here something has been made wrong or I have waited 20+ minutes (today is literally the shortest wait I have had) for food while they focus only on druve thru. Will not return to this location.

Got the pistachio latte and a double espresso. Not bad service was okay coffee heat was okay. It it was typical Starbucks
