They are always sold out of 50% of what’s on the board, and don’t even bother to try anything new that’s being advertised because it will be sold out as well. Drive through service was so nice and accommodating and I know it’s not her fault but Starbucks needs to get it together.

The company has gone downhill fast. I'm never going back to see if the service/ experience has improved. I don't recommend it. Zero outta 10 stars.
