Fantastic Starbucks team

Went a bit out of the way to get here as there are none by my area. Service was pretty average but the barista obviously wasn't sure about the drink I asked about. I asked if the Matcha latte was sweet on its own or not and she advised it was so I opted to not get any syrups or sugar packets and left before trying it as it was far too hot.. it was as bitter as anything and had to wait til I got home to add some sugar to it and even then it was still rather bitter. Matcha is one of my favourite hot drinks so I'm pretty sure they made it too hot which is why it tasted so awful but I don't think I'll be back to this Starbucks. Parking: As the business is located inside of a hotel there are plenty of parking spaces but it was quite full when I went. There are maybe 100+ spaces and around 15 were still empty when I visited.
