Starbucks Coffee

The coffee tasted amazing, and I got a chocolate muffin and that was delicious as well

Mediocre staff, the barista literally went outside to pet a dog, touched her face and went inside to make drinks without washing her hands. Disgusting, no health and safety whatsoever.

Ordered drinks and then 2mins later told "we are closing this section off". Given that the space is limited and some of the available space had the stools already on the table this was a shabby thing to do. This was over an hour before the closing time. The place is run for the convenience of the staff rather than customers. Fortunately there are plenty of alternative coffee shops nearby, so bye bye Starbucks in Kew.

Honestly wouldn’t bother rating a Starbucks but the staff here are insanely rude

The girl on the weekend making the drinks Is very rude and miserable! It’s a much nicer place on the weekdays.

It’s Starbucks …..

5 stars for the brewed coffee. Fresh, hot, tasty. Staff will brew a fresh pot if needed. Dogs allowed. Honestly, sometimes you just need 20oz of coffee.
