As someone who has worked in the service industry, A LOT, I prefer to tip those who serve me. After ordering my drink, I looked for a tip jar, and noticed there wasn’t one, nor was there an option to tip on the screen. I asked about it, and one of the baristas kindly said “We will get fired if we accept a tip.” I told her that I can’t support a business that doesn’t value their employees enough to let them accept tips. For the first time (maybe ever at a coffee shop?), I asked for a refund and went on my way. The employees were very very kind and to them, I give 5 stars. But to the company, I say you will not have me as a customer ever again at a Starbucks in Target. Completely unacceptable.

I come here very regularly and the baristas here are the best in town! They are very passionate about what they do and very skilled. They're the only place in town that takes the time to offer amazing suggestions based on my personal tastes. They even craft their own recipes! I don't really even shop target much, I just come in for Starbucks.
