Unprofessional and bad attitude employees

great customer service!

They had 3 target employees working starbucks. All in red target shirts. Working by themselves with a guy I think was a manger. Actual starbucks employee was on break. I paid damn near $8 for a drink and it tasted like straight up milk. Ordered a PS ice latte. Didn’t taste the pumpkin spice at all. I should get a refund for my drink. I think it was 9/8/22 or 9/9.

Soureen was helpful, friendly and nice! She advised me to get a Red Card to save money. She remade my Chai latte perfectly and suggested how I should order it next time. She even gave me a Thank You card!! I was very impressed with her Starbucks and Target knowledge lol. Nice cup selection. Will return.

GREAT everything in service and overall. Lost one star and overall communication for not communicating on recent thf store upgrade; probably erasing many required trips to the site to see if they're open as a new upgraded store.

the man working here is always unhappy and rolling his eyes. if you ask for one extra thing you will get huffed and puffed at. he is so grumpy and unfriendly.

Not only cult favorites but their coffees are really good. One can truly trust the consistency for getting similar flavors no matter which store you visit. My go to is Cafe Mocha with whip cream on top or Chai Latte, no water 3 or 4 pumps

LaShonda, Gabe and LaTosha are both awesome and very friendly. I go out of my way to come to this Starbucks because staff is the best! The food is delicious, my hubby only eat plant based meat and Starbuck’s is one of the few places that he can eat. Thank you Starbuck’s for a job well done, consistently……

Very worst coffee I ever had in Starbucks and staff was so careless I don’t recommend this location for anyone

Everyone who works here is so rude and dismissive. I have yet to have a pleasant visit.
