I visited this Starbucks at about 1pm Sunday 1/28/2024. I was not greeted properly by the barista. The barista did not listen when I ordered a decaf coffee black, instead offered cream and sugar. The topper was that he lied and said, "I do not have enough to give you change." In total my order came to 9 dollars and change. I handed him a 50. I find it highly suspect that there was not 40 dollars in either till, or the petty cash drawer that most businesses keep. The shop was full. I told him we wouldn't be able to complete the transaction then, to which he replied, "Oh, well". Very disappointing, but usual nonsense for this location.
It's Starbucks.. you add what you want to your drink.
Almost Every time I come here I have less than good service. Attitudes from staff, not the best guest service and overall a bad experience. I was told today that they couldn’t accept my $50 bill because he just opened his drawer. I asked if the cashier next to him could break it, he said no. I was late for work and didn’t have time for this situation. Zee, the cashier was so rude about it. Then another employee chimed in with her attitude as well. The place was super packed and multiple people paid with cash so I know for sure there was change to break my 50. There’s always an issue here, my drinks are made wrong often and they always make an issue no matter what the situation is. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.
Just visiting from Colorado, but I've been coming here every day since I arrived in NJ, and the drinks have consistently been delicious and made correctly!
