Honestly, I love this place. The staff here is honestly outstanding, hardworking, and friendly than a dog. Doesn't matter 6am or right before close there always helpful

The staff at this location are amazing.This team work in harmony to produce A grade customer care.They go the extra mile to ensure that customers are recognized, informed, engaged and appreciated. Special shout out to Bella, Justin ,Taijh, Taylor, Sausan.They are a valuable asset to this store location.

This place has the best music of all Starbucks I've been to. All bangers every time.

i’ve been drinking starbucks since i had my first coffee ever. i’m excited by their mission, and inspired by their 3rd place model. however, after visiting a starbucks location in cambridge i had never been to before, my experience was bad enough that i will likely be switching coffee shops. the manager of this location specifically was the one serving me, and was extremely rude. her tone was screaming superiority complex, and when i asked to speak to the manager, i’ve never seen someone so excited to say it was them. my overall takeaway was to not come back to this starbucks location ever again, if i go to another one. better to support local anyway :-)

I received the wrong food item in my order and the drink I ordered was 85% ice. Disappointing as I don’t get to get out much with a new baby and was looking forward to this treat. I ordered the egg white wrap and received egg bites instead. I also waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru - not great. Starbucks is too expensive to get it this wrong

Near close, one of the employees yelled “everybody get out”, and was mad about taking an order 15 minutes before close. same girl yelled “thank you for finally leaving” as a group of customers left.

There is no seating available. They serve only takeout orders via app and in person. This is not the kind of coffee shop I am interested in visiting. Parking: The shop is located on a busy street corner and finding nearby Paris difficult during normal business hours.
