Starbucks

I love coffee and tea, a nice place to sit and relax.

So. Apparently I'm not an expert coffee ordering person. How about a little kindness from the impatient barista? Hey good coffee is good coffee. But it tastes better with nice people serving it. It was t even busy. Maybe a connection????

I enjoy getting their hot chocolates since I'm not a coffee person. The only downside to this location is that it can get crowded quickly since it's inside the mall.

Ordered online my first time because I saw a very long line! Received coffee in less than 15 minutes. That was good considering the huge crowd of people in line. I was pleased and enjoyed my hot coffee! The staff member who served me was very patient, couteous, and professional. I did not get the young Black man's name, but he was spot-on with customer service! Top of line customer service.

literally 0 stars if i can. i always go to starbucks, probably 4x a week. I’ve never waited in line for like 40 minutes for a drink. the employee then proceeded to skip me and make COMPLICATED drinks for people that were in line behind me. my sister was a barista for a couple of years so i understand the exhaustion and the complexity of some people’s orders, but i seriously waited 15 mins AFTER some people behind me got their drinks way ahead of me (wasn’t just like one person it was like three other groups behind me that got their drinks). i typically don’t get upset w starbucks workers because, again, i get the job and i understand that it isn’t easy. there wasn’t even a rush going on, there were a few people. it was ridiculous and i believe it was done out of petty ness by the employee because when I asked her she didn’t seem to care that i was even waiting after all those other people got their drinks. i’m not a karen but i should have been a karen in that situation.
