Starbucks

They messed up my order 3 times… First time I ordered a cookie and a venti iced white chocolate mocha the drink needed more coffee and I asked to just give me an extra shot I went in to pay for it and when I asked for the stupid cookie they didn’t have any… you could’ve switch my freaking cookie for the shot and you didn’t even bother to tell me… I asked if I can pick it up the next day… today is that next day and the lady that attended gave me the cookie… cold… I asked her if she can please warm it up for me and she burnt it… customer service is LACKING

Had a blast at starbuks !

My experience was great. I went with my three children and was attended to by John, who was very amazing that my children were telling me how much they loved him. Hire more people like John. John is great, you should give him a raise.

What can I say about my favorite Starbucks in the world. Liz, Casey, Hugo, Ally, Tina, Edith and all the rest of the staff. I love this Starbucks. Always friendly and helpful. I have visited over 30 Starbucks in Texas, and it's all great. But this one has my heart ❤️ hands down. They are so knowledgeable.

Fast friendly service, drive thru is hectic. Parking: Limited parking, very popular. Drive thru is always busy but moves steadily.
