Starbucks

I just encountered a group of mean girls. When I tried to explain I don't usually do this but my drink is half foam and it was 7 bucks she said "ya well we shake it" I worked at Starbucks for 2 years, I know how this drink is made and it is shaken woth foam held back to make sure you actually get a drink... so when we pulled back up to the window, all 3 girls ignored us, with their backs actually turned away from us. The one batista made the drink wrong again and then just decided to fill it up with milk, then the girl at the window laughed and handed me the drink... I was never rude and I hate asking to have my drink re made. I almost never get starbucks anymore because of how expensive it is and I for sure will not get it from here anymore. I hope the manager sees this and retrains the batista on shaken drinks as well as how to treat customers. I would never have treated someone that way. All the local Starbucks are awesome

When you say something is wrong with your drink they argue. Usually hot drinks they short a lot I come here very often. Ask for lite ice. If you ask for a large hot they give you half of that cup full of coffee when I'm paying 10 for a drink
