Asked for a grande quad shot Carmel macc. In a venti cup with cold foam. This is what I got - less than tall cup size of Milk - 3 shots not 4 - hardly any ice - and a lot of cold foam When asked to have it remade they questioned the busy barista and she said it has 4 shots and is a grande….. Not the first bad experience here try giving it a chance out of convenience Will be calling corporate office to be reimbursed for over a $9 cup of coffee Can’t even justify the price anymore as the guest experience sucks as well
