Starbucks

Amazing service. I went in there for a birthday drink, and they made it taste delicious and gave me a venti.

I never thought I'd be leaving a review for Starbucks but here we are... This is the worst location I've been to. The drinks are what I expect from any location but the service is terrible. I usually place my order when I'm leaving Sam's and go straight to the drive thru. They said I need to wait at least 5 minutes after placing an order to pickup. She told me I'd have to come inside since I hadn't waited the 5 minutes. I said I couldn't because I had small kids, 1 sleeping 1 crying so I didn't want to get down. So she said I'd have to wait, and wait I did... I could see them preparing drink after drink and bringing to the drive thru counter, they really made everyone's drink in order, making me wait my turn. Which, ok, fair! I dont mind waiting, but I'm watching all those drinks either melting ice, or getting cold if hot, and meanwhile I'm waiting for 1 drink. I get it, you want me to learn a lesson, but they're really that petty that they'd make everyone else's drinks sit there getting old just to make me wait - meanwhile my drink was fresh. Now I know why I have to wait so long in the drive thru other times - they're probably teaching someone else a lesson at the expense of my drink. Nobody is winning in these scenarios, they're just on a power trip! The location on 81 is so much nicer and they're faster! I've been going out of my way and will continue to go out of my way to get better drinks and service at the other location!

Came through the drive thru 01/26. I placed my order while I was still in the Sam’s parking lot. Guess it didn’t go through immediately. Pulled up the girl says “Well I just got it 30 seconds ago.” We said okay we will just pull around. “She’s said uh the building????” My aunt being confused that she meant circle back around says “yeah I mean we have to.” We get to the window the girl immediately starts going off. Getting an attitude with my aunt ( who by the way did not place the order, I did.) my aunt apologized to her she was sorry and she could barely hear her. She leaves comes back and continues her tirade, scolding my aunt about the order and said “next time you need to wait the 5 to 7 minutes.” Sweetheart, what’s the difference between the mobile order and someone ordering at the intercom? It takes the same amount of time. Once we got our order. The order was wrong. Maybe she had an off day. Needless to say we will not be back.

Service at drive through is very slow.

Bad set up for drive through and sandwich tastes better from the one on 81

Order at the drive thru. Great service and quick. Parking: Next to Chipotle
