Starbucks

Timely addition to Agawam, I’m excited! The interior is nice and comfortable. The staff is on top of it, and happens to be quite friendly. Looking forward to study sessions at this Starbucks!

Horrible experience

I went this morning with my own cup and i thought i was imagining my drink being done in less than 7 sips. So I went back to get another. It took less than 3 minutes for me to finish the drink I bought. It was a whole cup of ice. That’s ridiculous. The drink was gone before i made it to trinity health clinic. Please reconsider the amount of ice put in cups because this issue doesn’t happen at the others stores. I never have to ask for less ice.
