They will not honor their own coupons. They have a terrible mouse infestation in their deli. Beware any food that was packaged in store. Do NOT buy anything made by them in the store.

Same, the only thing that change is that they have new faces, which I personally don't care about.; they keep a straight face that can be translated as "watch out", a little intimadind. The "have a nice day" is fake.

Excellent store. Very clean. Employees are helpful. Tasty and fresh bakery (especially italian bread!). Reasonable prices, especially if you are tech-savvy and can look into their app to get nice discounts. For example this weekend they had nice grapes for 1.77$/lb and fresh salmon for 9$/lb. Not sure if you can find better price, so if live nearby and can wait for deals it's okay.

Getting worse year after year: prices higher than Market Basket or other similar stores, poor variety of products, lack of staff members.

Zeer ruim assortiment. Prijzig, maar dat is alles in de Boston area helaas.

I have, on several occasions, shopped in this store, due to its proximity, tho certainly not its prices. On many of these occasions, I've found that common products (bacon sour cream & others) have been completely sold out or just plain not restocked. It can be a frustrating place to shop. Market Basket is farther, but has better prices & always has what I went for.

Every time I leave this place I'm reminded why I don't like going here. I feel depressed after going through the slow checkout. Also, even if you checkout with a person, they are hesitant to put groceries in bag ; so I leave annoyed. Since Market Basket has better prices, the only good about this place is that it's not as crowded cause it's more expensive which can be good if you don't feel like playing "bumber carts" like at MB.
