Pick up:Ordered Ceasars salad...ate just like a bag o' salad from Safeway! Oh and the Teriyaki bites, too much ginger, not enough beef but rice was great. Teriyaki bites would have been better at local Teriyaki place. Too much money for sub par meal.
I went here with family two weeks ago and it was horrible. Dawn was a rude server who literary asked my sick with MS mother who's birthday it was "Really?!" When she asked for more salad dressing. We only got items to drink in the whole hour it had taken for the dinner to show. It looked like school food with such a boring presentation. It was 70% fat prime rib with a nasty chuck of mashed potatoes.. with no veggies in sight. We were done then.. to only find out the men's bathroom doesn't have a baby changing station.. I'm a single dad of 23 month old twins... And the family couldn't help me seeing as my mom is really sick. The replacement server Brad was also overwhelmed and wasn't much better then Dawn. They mentioned a free dinner for next time but we got no such paperwork etc. WE Will Never Be Back. I felt like I didn't belong there what with being a single dad.. HOW do I change my kids Stanley's??!! Kid-friendliness: NOT kid friendly!! No men's roo baby changing station??!! We are not in the 1900s anymore?!? Wheelchair accessibility: Mom walks with a cain and they have no ramp options etc.
My family went there recently for my Birthday. Most of my family always chooses Stanley and Seaforts for Birthdays each year. I and my family members couldn't be more Disappointed in the Service and Food! We were first seated right next to where they Clank all the Dirty dishes instead of the window seat we were Promised when reservations were made! Our first Server Dawn was so Rude, if I asked her for anything she rolled her eyes and seemed so put out. When I asked her for extra dressing for my salad, she flipped around and asked "REALLY??" I then said yes, really! I had asked for my margarita and my Son his specialty beer upon first sitting down, now almost an hour later, No Drinks! We wanted to order an appetizer, however, we couldn't locate Dawn (our Server.) I then went and spoke to Andrew the Manager, he seemed accommodating and switched out servers and said we would now be taken of. We now had Doug as our New Server and he was just to busy to help us with Anything. We finally got our cocktails when our Prime Ribs came. Wow! Our dinner plates looked horrible! Both Prime Rib dinners were pretty much All Fat, served with unappetizing Mashed Potatoes (which looked like they and Prime Ribs had been under a hot light.) Potatoes had a thick skin on top. We never got our Asparagus on both plates! The final straw was when my Son (a Single Dad) went to change one of our 2yr. old twins to find there is No Changing table inside the men's restroom! They certainly don't cater to Single Dad's and Promote they are Not Kid-friendly! We ended up walking out before we even got to Eat! I told Andrew the Manager we were out of there. Now, great business practice would have been to offer us a free return meal to keep us as forever patrons. Without this we will not be returning.
