    • Smokestack Blend

In celebration of our 10th year in New York’s Capital Region, we've introduced our first dark roast! A bolder, rounder, more full bodied coffee to celebrate us and our long history serving you. Enjoy a deep cozy cup with notes of caramel, nougat, and roasted nuts with a round smooth body. This blend also has lower acidity, for those of us who are a little more sensitive.Origin:50% Brazil Romero dos Reis50% Colombia PalmeraBarista Notes:Medium-Dark RoastCaramel, Nougat, Round BodyLess Acidic

    • Broadway Blend

The same Colombian and Ethiopian coffees you already love in our Lark Street House, with the scales tipped to favor a sweeter, more versatile drinking experience. By increasing the Ethiopia coffee in the blend, we give the Broadway Blend a little extra brightness, with a silky smooth, almost fudgy quality from the Colombian, and a note of crisp pear. It’s delicious as a hot coffee, but in our shops we love this for our draft cold brew.Origin:60% Ethiopia Acacia Guji40% Colombia PalmeraBarista Notes:fudgy, silky bodypeargreat for all brew methods!

    • Nor'easter

Currently an Ethiopia Acacia Guji, this coffee is designed specifically with cold brew preparation in mind. Roasted to a full medium, acidity is softened while the body remains big, leaving it enjoyable to black coffee drinkers and those that add cream. Reach out if you’d like our cold brew recipe. We taste dark chocolate and refreshing soft strawberry with a nice, heavy body.Origin:100% Ethiopia Acacia GujiBarista Notes:dark chocolatesoft strawberrybest for cold brew, french press, drip machine

    • Colombia - El Paraiso

When coffees are naturally processed, they are kept whole, coffee cherry and all to dry on raised beds in the sun. This preserves the sweetness and moisture of the fruit in the coffee bean, which carries all the way through roasting. True to the juicy sweet nature of natural process coffees, this Colombian Caturra coffee is a delightful fruit forward treat. From the Nariño region of Colombia, the Jose Ignacio Gomez farm dries this coffee naturally for 20 days prior to processing, and you can taste it in the ripe black raspberry sweetness, paired with a slightly tannic red wine body, and rounded out with notes of soft plum.
